I have not yet received the cash back offer amount as SnapDeal committed in their advertisement. also I received a faulty mobile which i have returned them for service. I got a compliant no : 3821930 for this issue and they arranged pickup on 7th Nov’13. They did not fix the problem and same mobile sent back to me on 13th Nov’13 from their office and received on 15 Nov’13. Then i gave mobile to iBall service centre and fixed the problem on 18th Nov’13.Iball Service no (13303201361552581). In spite of all issues, I did many follow up the Sanapdeal. Called Customer care on 1st week of Dec & 2nd week Dec (mandeep, Monika(floor in charge) and etc Complied Id 4162822. I sent Mail on 12th Dec’13 to CEO Mr.Rohit Bansal regarding this issue and on 13th Dec I got reply from Snap deal for the Refund Rs.1000 to bank Account which we purchased the mobile and we will get within 5-7 working days. But amount not received. Again sent mail on 26 DEC & 27 Dec Get Confirmed mail from snap deal on 27 Dec about Rs.1000 will credit directly to account with in 7 to 10 working days as well as asked the account details to transfer. Same details sent on the same day. Again I did follow up on Jan 13, 15,16 and no reply from them till now. Please help to sort out this issue.
