SnapDeal Collecting money for Non Existing Products

FRAUD ON SNAPDEAL ( collecting huge money from customers by putting some non existing product onsite, turnover consumers money for 15 -20 days, earn profit from consumers money and at last refund consumers money with some lame excuse.) A complaint with regards to purchase of Order ID: 6557049006, Placed On Sun, 31 May, 2015 CineBags CB27 Lens Smuggler for DSLR Cameras and Lenses (Charcoal). 1. On date 30 MAY 15 ,i found this product at the rate of 899 rs and could not order the product as i wanted to do some research on the item, after completely assuring myself about the product i ordered this product on 31 MAY 15 as Cash on delivery but COD was not available on this product so perforce i bought it through my debit card. My order was confirmed and showed as order confirmed and under process. THIS REFLECTS THAT ORDER WAS AVAILABLE ONSITE FOR AT LEAST 3 DAYS at the rate of 899 RS. 2. On continuous inquiry about delivery of product i was always assured by snapdeal that product will be delivered as early as possible which could not materialize till date finally after 20 days sanpdeal cancelled my order without my consent and initiated refund with reason that product is OUT OF STOCK 3. Few observations and upshots derived out of this transaction which raises doubts on probity of SNAPDEAL.

(a) If product was out of stock why it was available for 3 Days onsite from 30 may to 01 june 15 ? (b) If product was out of stock why transaction was completed and money was debited from my bank account (c) when most of my previous orders i received as COD, why only for this order it was a prepaid transaction. This strengthens my doubt on intentions of snapdeal, was it a way to collect money from consumers ? (d) If product was not available why it took so much time to cancel ( order cancelled without my consent) and refund my money ? 4. with due respect i would like to request you to intervene on the issue and help me in getting the product I purchased
