I bought LG Google nexus 4 from Snapdeal.com and with the deal I got an extended warranty service package from Snapdeal’s partner Warranty Bazaar. They said this warranty will cover accidental damage. (Attaching pdf of their certificate with T&Cs). But when I registered a service request when my phone was accidentally damaged, they are not responding, not picking up helpline numbers and not updating the status of the complaint.
The screen that has accidentally cracked costs around 8000, Warranty Bazaar certificate claims that they can cover damages worth Rs. 15000/- of this phone. My phone stays broken for more than 36 hours, I can’t call my clients, co-ordinate my work.
just want them to honour their agreement and replace the screen of my phone on-site. Given their non-reachable nature, I would avoid giving the phone to them and would rather have an on-site replacement.
