Order No: 2282478647 I have placed a Order for Micromax Bolt A068 on 18 July 2014 with a commitment of delivery between 23-26 June 2014. Now I receive confirmation of placement of Order on 25 June 2014. After observing delay in placement of order I have cancelled the order and purchased the phone from Micromax Outlet in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. But Snapdeal.com tried for delivery and product was returned back to them. I receive an email from Snapdeal for cancellation of Order and refund process will initiate accordingly on 10 July 2014. Finally after TWO months I receive email from Snapdeal.com that they have initiated the refund process and money will reflect in my account in 5-7 business days. (Date of email – 10th Sept 2014) Till today I have not received my Refund amount of INR 5727.00. I seek your cooperation and guidance to receive my money back with compensation.
