Snapdeal.com Delay in Product Replacement

i had purchased HCL ME V1 Calling tablet,10/09/2014 by snapdeal.com e-commerce marketplace,and received the product in 15/09/2014. but when I received the product ,it found faulty product. then,I had called to his customer care and book my complaint as per his trust pay policy 7 days period. and returned it to his delivery courier reverse logistic,and they received the reverse product on 25/09/2014.BUt till date I had not received the replaced the product.when I am calling 3 to 4 times to costumer care, but they told that, they required more time . I have engaged 4998/- Rs. My product is booked by 968964xxx register mobile number.

I want immediate replacement of product within 4 days.otherwise return my amount paid
