I have bought the GMI Black Chinese Collar Ladies Kurti from snapdeal.com on 22/04/2015 and on 01/05/2015 I am going to wash the said items the colour of the item spread into other portion of the kurti. After that when I was called snapdeal customer care they totally denied to give me any replace or return facility and they said that as you washed it the warranty is lapsed. I am repeatedly told them that if I am not wash the item then how could I know the problem. Rightnow I am feeling helpless. Please do me fever And thus oblige.
