i purchased a titan watch model no. Titan Tagged 1590SL03 Men’s Watch from snapdeal.com ordered on 27/7/2014 paying Rs 1638 regarding which they delivered a wrong watch.therefore i returned the watch on 7/8/2014 complaint raised on 3/8/2014 through bluedart Currier service as per their process.It generally takes 4-7 days to get them product delivered but they say that they haven’t received the product yet. i have been calling their customer care daily but i get no response. Every time i call them, i am asked to wait.

I want either my money back or my product with apologies.
