After I email alerts about some orders made by a person not known to me, I informed SnapDeal.com and asked them to dissociate my email id from any such orders. But they kept asking me if I want to “unsubscribe”. After a series of emails, I failed to make them understand that since they don’t verify customer email ids before ordering process, people are ordering items using my email id and if in case of any fraud my email id will be pulled up! Finally I am lodging a complaint with you.

Please tell the SnapDeal.com management and their web admins to verify customer email ids before they let people order stuff from their website. Failing this, our email ids are open to vulnerability, apart from the constant abuse. They are letting this happen to us. And side by side, they are keeping us somewhat liable to answer in some matters with which we are not at all associated with.
