snapdeal.com – Prestige Cooker – no use after 3 uses and there is nobody to replace/repair it

If big companies like prestige’s product are of no use after 3 uses and there is nobody to replace/repair it, what consumers will do. I purchased Prestige 2L cooker from snapdeal.com on 13-JULY-2013, which i got on 19-JULY-2013. This product has a warranty period of 5 years. When i started using it after some days its “WHISTLE VALVE” was whistling very frequently and food is not getting cooked properly, on the 3rd use for this pressure cooker its safety valve is blown in all normal conditions 3-4 mins after switching off the GAS stove. I raised a complaint with snapdeal, they told me to call (011) 6800-6800, which in turn again gave me snapdeal’s helpline number 91-9212692126. Again snapdeal told me to call Prestige Customer Care 020-33441111 which is not responding from last 5 days. I want simple justice in this matter to get my pressure cooker replaced. If big companies like prestige’s product are of no use after 3 uses and there is nobody to replace/repair it, what consumers will do.
