My Snapdeal Order Number is 2151899178 Complaint number-6929705 & 6930178 I had ordered a Electrolux 1 Ton Split AC SP35N. I received the order on May 30th 2014. The order which i received was a partial order in which THE OUTDOOR UNIT IS MISSING. I had registered the complaint number’s 6929705,6930178 and 7013525. I got a call from Miss Sonali on Saturday,May 31st 2014. She had promised me that my AC would be delivered to me on Monday 2nd June. But so many days have been passed by and i haven’t got any confirmation. Even after repeatedly calling everyday I haven’t received any solution to this. I never expected this type of service. I now request you to kindly CANCEL THE DEAL & REFUND me my full money back along with the installation fees which i paid for technician which makes total amount to RS 25,570/- Please get back to me at the earliest. Thankyou
