Hi, I bought one mobile Intex Aqua i7 from Snapdeal and after receiving the product i found it faulty, on the same day i reached the service center and they checked the product and created a DOA(Dead On Arrival) Certificate. Today 15 days has been completed and dint received any update from there side, they don’t even picking up my call as well. I’m working and not able to call them regularly and visit to them on daily basis. Please help me to sort out this problem.
When i checked the product, that’s not in the working condition and i have the DOA certificate with me which I’m attaching with this complaint. I want my product replaced else i want my money back.
