Dear Sir, I have ordered Avon Cycle online as i received the damage cycle from snapdeal when i requested for replacement they are saying it been processed from their end for replacement but none of them have come to replace as they even says that nor the consumer or police can do anything about them, even we have done complaint they are not bothered about it. Request you to please help me in this waiting for your help.

order number 2019519212 and complaint number 6471882 Cycle is damage in all side the tyres, seats, most of the things are damaged

If snapdeal can refund my money at earliest
