I received broken Micromax led tv , My product Order no SnapDeal is 3464494061 … I made a complain & complain id is 11787094 . I have complained on call every alternate day for more than 10 days but still no positive response Also didnt get 5% refund on Hdfc debit card purchase

I am a practicing Doctor , Every other day I have to call & make inquiry … Already called more than 10 times & didnt get any positive response . Have spent more than 200 rs. on these calls , My money of almost 23,000 rs . stuck because of damaged product & didn’t get 5% refund wish is almost 1200 rs.
