SnapDeal – damaged product refund

hi my name is rahul i ordered micromax canvas hd phone from snapdeal webiste on 8 june and rcvd it on 18th june the phone was heating up so i called snapdeal to replace it but they said give the phone to micromax service centre if they will give death certificate for the phone then they will replace it and as micromax replaces phones within 7 business days as well so i went to micromax service centre with in 7 business days in sector 22 chandigarh gave them phone so first this lady sitting there completely denied the invoice which was sent by snapdeal and said it cant be replaced said they just refresh the software if it works it is ok if not then we will see and she said that she cant see the mobile registration date on there system but i rcvd the activation msg on the same day i rcvd phone as putting sim in it so anyways i gave them the phone and came bak and called snap deal it was 24th june(there might be some mismatch of dates but i have my postpaid bills all the call details when i hav called them and credit card statement when i ordered the phone)and told the same story to snapdeal agent.then he said sir take the phone back from service centre and we will replace it or refund it i said ok i went bak to service centre and took the phone back and he also commited a call bak within 24 to 48 hrs but no calls rcvd..so after waiting for so long no response from snapdeal i called again no help ask for manager never transferd .. i wrote mails,wrote on thier facebook page and then rcvd call iguess and, this also i did after my hands were up calling them and waited for them to call ..so one day phone completely went off and it was just dead so i called snapdeal and mail as well but nothjin g happend so i stopped calling them writing them so one day i called again then this girl said send the phone to us we will refund u i said ok but then i was asked to give the phone bak to service center so i ask them to take the phone from my place which they were not able to to do so i rcvd mail from that they are not able to collect fone from my place..but other day i rcvd call from some ecom courier in sector 29 chandigarh and i went there and gave them the phone so snapdeal rcvd the phone and i called them cst agent said u will get refund n 24 to 48 hrs wiated again i called u will rcv refund after few day..so called again ur phone is in services center it will take time i said i done want a damage product as i paid for new and genuine product and fine.so again i called after waithing for few days no refund i wrote mail they sent me 2 or 3 mail i guess but was not heplful at all i rverted on one of the mails no reply so after all this today i called again 20 aug i was again told product is in service center i asked for manager the agent put me on hold for several times and said only one thing no manager is available after hal an hour he gave call to some other he said he is supervisor i gain said i just want to talk to manager if manager is not av

i want my refund back for the amount and there cst service is paid line so i want the cost of calls which i got charged by calling them and now i wnat them to composete them to me as well for this harrasment
