Dear Sirs, Please note that I had ordered a Kent Grand Plus RO Water Purifier from Snapdeal with the details below Order No.-1498827071 Date of Order – 11/12/2013 Date of Delivery – 13/12/2013 Date of complaint – 14/12/2013 (Package was opened on this date) Issue – The Purifier that I received has damaged internal part that can be seen from the outer transparent canopy. The dealer has deliberately supplied the damaged item, as the outer canopy is intact. Having raised the complaint and calling 10 times during this period Snapdeal is not acting on the issue nor providing the updates. Moreoever there are no escalation points at Snapdeal. I am told that Snapdeal is trying to reach me on phone number of times and I am unavailable. Snapdeal is not able to provide any call back number, which I agreed to call on, that is also not available. This looks like a nexus working in Indian panorama of Online Shopping. Please advise a way out. Thanks.
I had been purchasing bottled water from market, against which I intended to use this water purifier. Even after paying Rs.14798 (at par with open market) I have got a damaged product. I request your help and seek an immediate replacement of the product plus the call charges and the interest of the period from the date of Delivery Date and the time of settlement of the issue.
