SnapDeal – Defective product delivered and worst service

.Kent 8 Ltr Grand Plus RO Water Purifier Order no.:2021958841 Suborder number:2737971262 Product Serial number:KR140301462 Problem faced: Faulty piece delivered and installation took 8 days after more than 25 follow up. Booked product on 29 April2014 Received product on 6th May 2014 Instalation : After more than 25 follow up with Snapdeal,Jeeves services, DS water care(sanjay kumar)Installation done on 14th May 2014. After installation Mr. Sanjay kumar-” installation engineer” informed us that product is defective and it cannot work. tried to contact snapdeal they revert by mail that as it is more than 7 day from buying product they cannot help and we should contact KENT.To put to youir notice we had not unpacked the delivery before installation manager came.

Replacement of KENT RO. apology letter and companseting me with Rs.1000 which is cost of Bisleri jar i bought due to their bad service.
