Sir, 1. I have the honour to request the following few lines for your consideration and sympathetic action. (a) I, Arvind Kumar Singh am combatant member of Indian Air Force residing at H NO 36, 3rd Cross, Singapura Main Road, MS Palya, Vidyaranyapura Post, Bangalore 560097. (b) I have recharged my mobile no 9483702xxx on 13 May 2014 at 1105 AM hrs for Rs 499/- vide transaction ID 1000003822155314 and got Rs 450 talk time and 2GB 3G internet for 60 days. (c) Today I have received email that I will get 1.25 GB internet on recharge of Rs 155/- for 30 days. I have recharged through internet vide transaction ID 948370298710000084593916 at 02:20 PM on 15 May 2014. With this recharge I have lost my 2GB, G data which was credited with recharge of Rs499/- on 13 May 2014. (d) I further state that I have approach customer care of Tata Docomo. Mr. Manoj Kumar representative of TATA DOCOMO has told that your old data will be lost on new recharge. I told him that I have never received such information. So I requested that either cancel recharge of Rs155/- or recover old 2GB tata for which I have paid. He denied to do so. 2. In view of the above, I humbly request your honour to intervene to cancel my recharge of Rs155/- and credit the amount in my account and also credit 2GB data for which I have paid Rs499/- as I have not received any information for lost of old data.
