SnapDeal – Deficiency in delivery and no refund

23.10.13- I ordered (Order No:1276844222) a pioneer car audio system from Snapdeal and made an online payment of Rs.8855 through my HDFC credit card with an EMI option. 25.09.13- I received an email and sms intimation from Snapdeal saying that my order has been dispatched and expected delivery date being 29.09.13. They provided the courier details with a tracking option (tracking no:58197166856). But when i cross verified using the tracking number i was shocked to see the details (pick date & city, delivery date & city, amount) displayed on the Bluedart website was completely incorrect. I immediately contacted snapdeal and registered a complaint (no: 3330002) regarding the same. Till now i haven’t received my product and neither can cancel my order. The only reply i get from snapdeal whenever i contact them is that my order is untraceable and they will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. There website clearly says that in case the product is not delivered within the delivery date, entire amount will be refunded. But there not wiling to cancel my order. Since the money has already been debited from my account, iam practically helpless. My first EMI is due in 9 days and if this the case, i will be paying for something that i never even received. So i request you to kindly resolve my issue with Snapdeal.

I would like get my money refunded.
