SnapDeal Doesn’t Bother to Deliver Products nor Refund

I have booked 1 digital camera through snapdeal online shopping and done payment via Credit card on 8th Jan 2015 after one week i track my order, its showing snap deal transfer my product to gojavas courier and its delivered two or three days but after two three days products not delivered and i have check from courier after one week he said you mentioned wrong address have checked my order address mention right address. In this time period no one call received from Snapdeal,THE TIME PERIOD FROM 8TH JAN TO 20TH JAN I WRITE A TWO THREE MAILL BUT NO RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM SNAPDEAL AND ON 20TH JAN 2015 I HAVE CHECK FROM GO JAWAS COURIER COMPANY HE SAID OUR PRODUCT RETURN TO SNAP DEAL BUT NO MASSAGE RECEIVED FROM SNAP DEAL.

I want immediate refund of my money and compensation because due to snapdeal stuck my money one month, during this period i have lats of call to snap deal and go jawas courier compnay, waste my time,mental harassment.
