SnapDeal – failed to deliver that product not responding

On 5 th of may 2014 , I had booked one microwave worth Rs 11000, assured delivery date by snapdeal was on 14 th may . As I had booked that product on behalf of my own Anniversary. They failed to deliver that product till date. Almost 25 calls to their customer care made my me, but no positive response and no information , only big big talks . I had mailed them regarding the issue but no response. Their fake promise on delivery time made my anniversary a worst, not only this , conflict started between wife and me. Snapdeal is held responsible for all this. So, I have dicided to raise complaint against them on their fake promises on delivery system.

As per relief is concern, snapdeal would not able to bring by time back and the situation I am facing. After 14 th may everyday conflict between husband and wife regarding that product, could they revert back all this things, if not Either they have to bring my time back or they have to pay me Rs. 10 lacs.
