Ordered a godrej 240 litre refrigerator from snapdeal on October 6th by paying 16,114 rs.,till now we have not received the product and every time we call the snapdeal customer care they say they will get back in 48,hours so far they have not provided any resolution also they are not cancelling the order so that I can buy the product some where else.

Please get my money refunded from snapdeal if possible please get my money spent on the calls to their customer care. Please take serious action on snapdeal as they are unable to meet the promise on product delivery.
