I bought a Water Geyser(Olympus brand) from Snapdeal with 1 year of warranty. The Geyser stopped working within 1 month of time so I contacted Snapdeal for warranty service centre for this product on Dec 7 2013. I was given service centre details of Olympus Camera instead and on repeated request Snapdeal could not provide any service centre of this brand to provide warranty as claimed by Snapdeal. I have request Snapdeal for refund since product is not as per description due to false claim of 1 year warranty. Attached emails with correspondence on same and their responses.
