It has been approx 1 month since i placed the order on snapdeal for xolo Q1010i Black mobile phone, they delivered it on 23rd July 1st time after that it was reverse picked up on 31st july as it had some OS issue but from then they have been making me wait and wait nothing else.Everyday I am calling wasting time and money both as their number is also not a toll free one but no action from them, after a long time they gave a false replacement shipping date on 14th august but didn’t ship. They place a new replacement order with shipping date 15th august but again didn’t ship.Now they have extended the shipping date to 20th august and they have nothing to say apart from sorry and apology whenever i call and they make us wait also on call for like 30 minutes on not a toll free number. Wastage of Money on payment for Product(9600) + more than Rs.300 for calling customer cares and apart from these most importantly they have wasted a huge amount of time
