The screen of the mobile is broken.On visiting the service center they are telling that entire screen with display has to be changed for which they are asking 6000 plus service tax. Whereas in my case the display is working only the glass is required to be changed. They are un necssarily imposing the higher service charges by changing the display also.

The charge being asked is Rs 6000 plus service tax whereas if the only the glass can be changed the same can be repaired at fraction of this cost.

The company may please be directed to change only the glass and charge accordingly.
