Dear Sir I have taken a Icici Platimun Travel card for my travel to Singapore and i was given a travel policy for the same.My flight got cancelled to due technical fault in the aircraft.For flight cancellation i was insured for 300/- USD $. I have launch a claim since 18 th june 2014. Its been almost 2 month and am yet to receive any claim amount.Am again and again ask for the document which i have already submitted and delay the process. The Icici bank Number of 022 28307777 is also not working.
