Bikanervala – Card Swiped for Wrong Amount

I have purchased goods from Bikanervala at Sahibabad on 27/06/2014 worth Rs. 366/-. I made the payment through my debit card of state bank of india. The cashier madam swiped Rs. 616/- from my card instead of Rs. 366/-. When i told her that wrong amount has been debited from the account, then she herself made some amendment in POS and told me it will be reversed with in 10 days and gave me another slip. Then she again swiped my card and debited Rs. 366/- as bill amount. If we see the total amount debited is Rs. 982/- and i purchased goods only worth Rs. 366/- After 10 days i again went to the outlet and confirmed that the amount has not yet been credited in my account, the supervisor there told me that he will look into the matter and he will confirm me with in two or three days. I gave him all the details and my phone number. Till date no phone call has been received neither the amount has been credited. And on 01/08/2014 when i called on 9971343132, the executive told me that he has confirmed from the accounts department that it will take around 40-45 days. Sir no body is giving me the accurate information as and when i will be able to get the money back. On 2nd aug i sent a email to the official id of Sahibabad Bikanerwala i.e. sahibabad@bikanervala.com and i again told all the details. I have received no reply from the email as well. You are requested to please look into the matter

I want my money back including all the damage that resulted to me in terms of time, energy and money i spent.
