SnapDeal – Faulty product and false bills

Hello , I am Sooryaprakash from Chennai .I ordered Lenovo P780 from snapdeal on 19.02.14 and it got delivered by 24.02.14 . When i switched the mobile on, it was working fine for 10 mins, exactly after that, periodically, the screen was getting fluctuated as in the photos that i have attached. Also the bills that they provided was false bill, i.e. ,when asked in the lenovo service center they said the IMEI numbers in the invoice and the mobile didnt match, which means no warranty can be claimed for the product. So, I asked for a refund from Snapdeal. They sent me a courier personnel for reverse pick up and took the mobile on 3rd of march. I had almost called them daily emphasising the urgency, but the response was not always just a apology and never an action has been taken. I am fed up asking these people continuosly , and I am facing hell lot of problems because of this mistake by them. So i want to file a case against them. Kindly help me what should i do regarding this.

I want a refund of product cost from the company and a compensation for all the mental stress i had because of snapdeal.
