I bought Kawachi silver stainless steel and plastic clothes dryer from snapdeal online store on 20-07-2014 for Rs.2590;which got delivered to me on 24-07-2014.After hardly using it, the plastic holder that holds the rods together has completely broken bringing down the entire product to two pieces.Today when I contacted the store’s customer care and explained the same they say that its been a long time (just 19 days)and will mail me if they can do anything but cannot assure me of much. my order no:2468378604

I want my money back.
