I have purchase product (BSNL Champion Trendy mobile) on 12-07-2014 & order no. 2421979733, COD Rs 6999/-, and I have same received on 21-Jul-2014 but its faulty product, so I call to customer care in snapdeal & log the complaint regarding faulty product, and he said same condition do the proper pack & resend us, we will check it, & replace the product than I have same proper pack it & dispatch the given address on 28-Jul-2014, by DTDC Courier, I have continue follow up by courier & last 7th august DTDC courier deliver the product. but till now 31st august snap deal not replace the product. and always customer care said we will resolve ASAP, but not proper saying time for replacement.
