SnapDeal – faulty warranty period

i have purchased an all in one tablet from swipe telecom llp through snapdeal on 6/12/2012 for rs. 11999. its invoice no. CRS/WGL/2181. SNAPDEAL ID-810193571,1085313249 i have a problem with the battery of the product in the month o may 2013.the company repaired it.again we had a problem its display.the company repaired it again.now we again had a problem with its battery and the employee from swipe telecom llp named ankit,his cell no is 9904310144 said that the battery is not under warranty period so you need to pay for the repairing.but the matter is that the company had given 1 year warranty of tablet and its repairing.the company had not mention in the invoice that the battery has only 6 months period warranty.the company had not at all informed us prior when we repaired the battery in the month of may 2013,the company people denied to repair our tablet

we want to file a case against swipe telecom llp and snapdeal as they have not clarified anything so either the company gives us refund or replacement for our product
