I have filed a complaint to snapdeal about not receiving the screen protector, but they haven’t responded to my complaint. This is my order no. 3021413970 and this is my complaint id 10165335. According to the deal, i was to get screen protector which is mentioned on the box of phone. As well as i was to get two free charge coupons of 100 rs each out of which one is not working. Also they promised me to give coupons of 2000 rs which i haven’t got. Main issue is of screen protector. I have provided them screen shots multiple times but they deny of the fact that they have received any screen shot.

I want my items which i haven’t received plus 50000 Rs compensation due to wastage of my valuable time. I am asking this big money so that they cant fool any other customer
