Dear sir, I have purchased a laptop hp compaq presario cq43 serial no. 5CB2272KQX on 14 january2013 from “snapdeal”order no.848020052 registered mobile no. 9997303827 from registerd name Sanjeev Bhatt. Presently I am facing some problem on my laptop I called hp for technical support they said me that your laptop is not under warrenty and you have purchased it on july 2012,Since this information is wrong i asked snapdeal for the invoice copy of my laptop they sent me one invoice copy I forwarded it to hp but hp declined it saying that its a duplicate copy present an original copy of bill.This happened 6 times each time snapdeal sends me a computerized copy of bill and each time hp says that this is a duplicate bill send us the original.I have said 100 times to snapdeal for the original copy of bill they says that we send the same too all our customers and this one is original but hp says that its duplicate and send us the original only then we will give you technical support.I have got messed up between two brands “HP” SNAPDEAL”.I dont know who is lying and whoo is telling the truth.Please help me to get the warrenty of my laptop and solve this case. I am filling this case against both hp and snapdeal.Also I am attaching the invoice copy which snapdeal sent me and which i forwarded to hp(but hp declined this saying that its a duplicate invoice copy send the original)

The warrenty of my laptop should be updated in hp’s databse I need the warrenty of my laptop hp compaq presario cq43 serial no.5CB2272KQX to be true i.e. purchasing date should be 14 jan 2013 instead of july 2012…so that i can get the privileges of the warrenty.
