SnapDeal – Incomplete faulty delivery No refund

I have ordered a Nikon D3200 camera from snapdeal.com on 29th Nov. 2014. With the camera I was supposed to get the Free 8gb Memory Card and Camera Bag. On 9th Dec. 2014 I received a package from snapdeal.com but with package I didn’t get the 8gb memory card as promised also the charger of my camera was already banded. I contacted snapdeal for the same but they refused to resend the Memory Card and instead promised to return the Rs250 in terms of SD Cash within 24 to 48 hrs for the missing memory card.But till date i.e. 16th Dec 2014 I have not yet received any kind of cash in my snapdeal account/bank account. On asking about the charger, they even refused to resend new one and ask myself to make it straight. On refusing they also suggest me to visit nears Nikon center for resolution. I try contacting snapdeal customer care again and again on the issue but not getting any response whatsoever from them.

1] I want snapdeal.com to send new SD card as promised, instead of giving me some waste of SD Cash(which is not even yet received) and asking me to again reorder the SD card. 2] I want snapdeal.com to immediately replace the faulty charger as it may cause the further damage to my Camera.
