Greetings, I Ordered a oakley sunglasses cost RS 4334 after discount(38%)On 8th may 2014 from www.snapdeal.com. in product description they had mentioned that it comes with an excellent case and i wanted to gift to someone so i selected the same. on 10th may 2014 they delivered the parcel. i was checking this parcel in front the courier boy but he told me its against the company policy you cant open it before making a payment so i did they payment of Rs 4334(cash on delivery). later on i opened the parcel and i found its with out excellent case. i reported that to the customer care executives and they said they will revert back in 48 hours. after 24 hours they called me said that we cant provide you the case however we are offering you Rs500. i denied and i request them to pick up this incomplete parcel from my home. now they are saying its against our company policy we cant take it back. i spoke to assistant manager, team leader they are saying it ll take 48 hours and sometimes they are saying we can not take it back. its almost 6 days now i am calling them daily and i am getting the same response. i request you please do the needful. i am attaching a picture of the page there they have mentioned for excellent case.
i want them to refund my money i,e Rs 4334 and the money i spent on calls i.e Rs 600. i took off from my office and will get the salary after deducting 1 day i.e 2145. i bought some medicine as i got ill cost rs 300. total LOSS – 4334+600+2145+300= RS 7379
