I had registered a complaint for rectification of the washing machine on 29th of April 2014. The ticket No is 12860242. Till date no service person has visited the house even after repeated reminders. Every time the response from the customer cell 1860-425-5678 is full of enthusiasm and of concern but ultimately the job is not done. I have made at least 10 reminders and they have not been able to send the service person. It appears after repeated enquiry that the service centre for our locality (Vijayanagar) has been closed and they are not routing the complaint to any other nearby area.

he dirty clothes have piled up and we have to purchase new clothes to get by.
