After chat with Photon advisor I ordered Photon Max on 10th April 2014 It claims speed of 6.2 MB Went through lot of issues and have to order again as Tata DoCoMo team closed my original order took till 28th April to get the device activated they claim its 5 days process. After installing and using the device I found that its delivering only 0.3 MB which is really very low speed at different locations in Pune. raised complaint 413140139 on 30th April 2014 it took 7-8 days and nothing happened. Suddenly tata DoCoMo team closed it saying network issue which they are aware of and there no resolution time.After further follow up with them they raised another case no 414191631 on 9th May. Again only calls saying Network issue in Pune which they are aware of and no resolution. I requested them not to close this new complaint still they kept calling me and eventually closed the complaint.I requested them to take the device back and do not bill me. They have responded as attached and they are showing me some std policy that device cannot be taken back, I have to pay rental and then they will cancel only the plan.
Want TATA DoCoMo to take the device back Pay me RS 2000 Device cost + compensate for the productive Hrs lost in follow up
