SnapDeal iPhone Shopping – Refund not Received

I have placed an order on 8th February, received product IPhone 5s on 11th February. I got faulty product and complained to snapdeal on 14th February. From the date of request, almost daily called snapdeal on their helpline number, they daily give me time of 24 hours and still the date of today I didn’t get any response from them even of daily more then 1 hour of talks.

About 300-400 calling charges and one day off to my work due to their false commitment of they coming for receiving the product. I want my money back and give product back to them on their 7 days trustpay policy.
