I had ordered for a Laptop Toshiba L850-i2011 (3rd Gen i3-3120M- 4GB RAM- 750GB HDD- 15.6 Inches- DOS- 1GB GDDR3 ATI-7670M-1 Year Warranty) (Glossy Back) vide my order no – 1370495366 dated 27 Oct, 2013 through portal Snapdeal.com which has been supplied as Toshiba L850-i2011 (3rd Gen i3-3110M- 4GB RAM- 750GB HDD- 15.6 Inches- DOS- 1GB GDDR3 ATI-7670M-1 Year Warranty) (Glossy Back). On filing complaint with the portal (request #3748028) regarding the same and sending pics of the products as has been asked by the portal many times throgh emails, there had been no satisfactory response from the portal. Also after lodging complaint with the portal, the portal allowed seller to change the description of the product to his will at the site and in the order history of the product which now read as Toshiba L850-i2011 (3rd Gen i3-3110M- 4GB RAM- 750GB HDD- 15.6 Inches- DOS- 1GB GDDR3 ATI-7670M-1 Year Warranty) (Glossy Back). Infact there is a huge difference in the value of the processor as described on the site and I had opted for in the Toshiba L850-i2011 (3rd Gen i3-3120M- 4GB RAM- 750GB HDD- 15.6 Inches- DOS- 1GB GDDR3 ATI-7670M-1 Year Warranty) (Glossy Back) viz a viz the processor I had received in the product. The issue is not only about the delivering of the wrong configuration product but of intentionaly cheating on the customers in connivance with the seller by allowing him to upload wrong description of the product for selling the product at higher price. It is not only the concern of recieveing the wrong product but of nexus between the portal and the seller being hand in gloves for misrepresentation of the facts/specification of the product for selling the product but also allowing the seller to edit the specifications of the product in the “Order History” of my account with the portal. The whole episode indicates that this is a criminal intimidation and twisting of the description of the product.

I demand for a compensation of Rs 10000.00 from the portal/seller, for the embarrassment faced by me in front of my nephew, being in awful position and dealing with a lot of mental agony by communicating with the portal for the resolution of my complaint, but to no avail.
