I have ordered a lenovo laptop from snap deal on Oct 15. It was delivered on 4 Nov. Camera is not working in the laptop and most important thing is that the warranty of the laptop was completed on 23 Oct. Think how it feels when 1 Year warranty was expired before it reached you. I’m tired of keeping mails to snap deal customer support, but there is no response at all. Can any one help me to rectify this problem.

want the warranty must be expired and the camera of the laptop must be repaired. or else return my money back. I have invested 30553 rupees on the laptop.
