SnapDeal – Lower MRP Product Delivered

Complaint No – 19407469 and 01951140 I ordered a t-shirt on Snapdeal.com on 1st of May (MRP 3499). There was a scheme running on the same (50% off). Instead I received a t-shirt (MRP 2299) on 4th May. I could not check the items for some time as they were delivered to my permanent address. By the time I could check the products, their 7-Day Replacement Policy had kicked in. I wrote to them on 28th to which they replied saying because of Policy they cannot help me out. I called them again on 1st June asking for either the MRP difference to be paid, or correct item to be given or wrong item taken back and full refund. They refused to entertain any of the options again. I am a regular customer with Snapdeal and have ordered worth thousands through them. For a matter of Rs 600/-, they are making me run from pillar to post.
