I ordered 2 nos. of Crompton Greaves 11Fin ORH3 Oil Filled Radiator under sub order no. 2112804930 & 2112864915 amounting to Rs. 5821.00 each. These articles were supposed to be delivered to my address by 05-Jan-2014. I didn’t receive the same. And when followed with GATI couriers (delivery agents for SNAPDEAL), I have been informed that the shipment was not handed over to them by SNAPDEAL. When I contacted SNAPDEAL call center (@92126-92126) on 07-Jan-2014, I was told that they are escalating the issue and the same will be resolved in 48 hours. Ref. no. for the complaint lodged are 4638840 & 4638837. Again when I contacted SNAPDEAL call center on 08-Jan-2014, I got the same standard reply that your complaint has been escalated and will be resolved in 48 hours but resolution was not provided. I again contacted SNAPDEAL call centre at around 06:00PM on 08-Jan-2014, at 11:00AM on 09-Jan-2014 & at 06:15PM on 09-Jan-2014 and to my surprise, instead of resolution and delivery of goods I got the same standard reply that “your complaint has been escalated and will be resolved in 48 hours”. Again upon contacting call center at around 11:00 AM on 10-01-2014, Mr. Sandeep Tyagi (Floor supervisor) assured me that if the product will not be delivered by 7:00 PM on 10-01-2014, my amount will be refunded. But even after 8 days of placing the order, neither I have received the shipment nor they are cancelling my order and refunding the amount paid upfront.
I want immediate delivery of goods ordered and also refund of the money paid to snapdeal as a penalty for reputation loss to me and health loss to my father.
