Airtel digital tv – Digital video recorder having issue ignoring my problem

it has been more than 20 days , they are ignoring my problem. I have complained that my Digital video recorder having issue and the recording option is corrupted. they told me they will replace it soon. and after 20 days they changed it with a defective piece whose button is already collapsed and not working.and also no channel is now working. customer care executives are not taking my issue seriously.

after making continuous call, then also DVR replaced with a damaged piece and also now setup box is not working.

I want A fresh piece of DVR with no defect and setup box in working condition.
