Aircel – VAS Activation without the consent denied & refused to reply

VAS Activation without the consent since 2012.When asked to share SMS LOGS, denied & refused to reply.Call Center manager disconnects the phone.Call Center Head Ms Renu promised for the refund but still waiting. Advised that will go to Consumer Court & TRAI but didn’t replied.

I have recharged many times & my money was deducted due to which I was not able to call. Due to their behaviour, I have to buy a different SIM.

I want the money to be credited back may be in cash or as a credit to my phone number with a very strict feedback from the Government to this company.
