I had ordered a Ricoh Alficio Monolaser SP 100 Printer on snapdeal on 21st August 2014 with order ID 2667714295. The price of product that day was Rs. 2649/-. It was promised that the product would be shipped the next day. The product code is 3625221797. The next day, product price had changed to Rs.3100/- online. Anticipating a loss to their company, since then snapdeal has put the shipping of my order delayed, because i got it on a low price and hence assigning silly reasons for not shipping product. This is a c;ear case of fraud and cheat and making false claims.

I was waiting for the product to do some important assignments, and i had to call them again and again and raise complaints about the status of product. psychologically and emotionally i am very much disturbed because of fraud and false claims made by snapdeal. in spite of raising a complaint long back, they failed to resolve my grievance. They are forcing me to cancel the product by indirect attempts, so that i could buy product at a higher price.Yesterday they have made it that product is ready to be shipped by seller and it is not a cancelled order now. But does it take ten days to just pack a product and ship it from any corner of india?? when it was promised just one day?? Its total cheating to consumers. You should take strong action in view of larger interest of consumer community.
