SnapDeal Not Crediting Courier Charges

When i put return request for damage product “just colors blue avaitor “received order no.3165030042 SnapDeal .customer care call me and told that you have to arrange courier your self and send us scan copy of receipt .we will return your courier charges .but when i was do the same.even after 2 month of same they are not refund my 180 /- courier charges.even after follow up.
refund my courier charge plus some more fine against worst coustomerservice.
