I purchased salora zapper 3G soft wifi dongel from snapdeal on may 13,first they sent me a product which doesn’t have wifi for 2 times,i registered complain in snapdeal and returned it back to them 2 times respectively,they promise me to deliver me my product by 20 may,but after that they had not inform me about it,i called them 3 time after that,every time they asked for 4 days period for delivery,last time they told me that product is out of stock,after 18 days.

i am a doctor and this delay has hampered my work and made my patients to suffer, and various appointments were cancelled .
