i made an order with snapdeal.com on 26th january for -: Zovi Orange & Blue Slippers and American Swan Sea Wolf Stone Grey Boat shoes i was told that i would receive the products by 29th of january and i received the slippers on 28th but there is no update regarding the shoes my main want was of the shoes and i purchased the slippers just to get a discount on certain minimum purchase order and there is no update about the shoes and even the product has been removed from the website and the customer care is not taking my call i really wanted those shoes and had planned for them this has led to a lot of problem for me because i had to wear them at an event and i dont have any back up now

i just want snapdeal to deliver me those shoes as soon as possible because they are very important to me
