Hi, I had purchased one HP Pavilion 500-82in Desktop including 19” LED Monitor of Rs 25490/- through Online Shopping at Snapdeal.com with Order No 150087446 on 12.12.2013 but I had received only CPU (without monitor and hardware driver/OS CDs) on 17.12.2013 evening. Immediately I have registered the compliant on 17.12.2013 to M/s Snapdeal about the incident and told them I have received only CPU neither receive 19” LED Monitor nor Hardware Driver/OS CDs and got one Complaint ID 4345143 for the same. After that I continuously follow up my case through Helpline no. and via customer support mail id on following dated December 17,20,26,28,2013 and January 01,06,10,13 and 17,2014 respectively but M/s Snapdeal never respond me through mail or never call me back.
Inspite of many reminders from me side but M/s Snapdeal never respond, it show that they very irresponsive and unprofessional regarding their customer services and support. I pay full attention and spent my precious time towards this case for last one month and I was completely disappoints and frustrate about such incident
In terms of relief there is no use of Desktop without monitor and hardware/OS CDs. I want double amount refund back against this harassment and economical loss done by M/s Snapdeal.com.
