Sir, This is regarding the order no : 1070995302 placed by me on SNAPDEAL(www.snapdeal.com). Product details: Suborder code. 1438035737 Seller: Rajdhani Cotton Street Junkies Charcoal Solid T-Shirt (Size: 42) The package was delivered to me on 07/07/2013, upon opening the package, I found out that the product is not the same product, and does in no way resemble what i had ordered. I had tried to lodge a complaint with the customer care of SNAPDEAL and demanded a refund. As SNAPDEAL declares 100% Money back guarantee.. but the customer care simply declined to refund my money.

The economic damage caused to me amounts to Rs.350. But they have wasted my precious time, and money by calling their STD customer care number repeating calls. This is not the first time they have done this, earlier also same thing was done by SNAPDEAL. they cheat their customers
