I HAVE SUN DIRECT CONNECTION SMART CARD NO. 42878656364.AFTER RAINY DAY, I WAS EXPERIENCING NO SIGNAL ERROR.I FILED A COMPLAIN ON ITS CALL CENTRE NUMBER VIDE COMPLAIN NO. 1-8645858556 DATED 11/07/2013.ON NEXT DAY, I GOT A CALL FROM TECHNICIAN TELLING VISIT CHARGE REQUIRED RS. 150 FOR ERROR CORRECTION. SINCE I AM IN WARRANTY PERIOD, I TOLD THAT NO FEE AS PER MY STATUS.HE TOLD ME CONFIRM WITH COMPANY. CALL CENTRE SAY YOU HAVE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY & A NEW CALL FROM TECHNICIAN YOU WILL GET.BUT,NOW IT 2 DAYS SINCE FILING COMPLAIN. I REQUIRE 2 DAYS OR MORE DAYS VALIDITY EXTENTION OF MY SUBSCRIPTION TILL MY ERROR NOT CORRECTED
